My mission is to create cinematic films that stand as works of art—stories that challenge the viewer’s perspective while offering an immersive, unforgettable experience. As a screenwriter and filmmaker, I am drawn to narratives that are intense, action-packed, and unpredictable, mirroring the complexity of real life. At the same time, my background as a painter deeply shapes my visual approach to cinema. With a strong understanding of colour theory and composition, I explore how imagery can influence emotion and psychology, crafting powerful visuals that remain imprinted in the audience’s mind long after the film ends.

Kyprianos Dimosthenous is the Founder and Director of Ithaki Film Production, a Cyprus- and UK-based film production company dedicated to cinematic storytelling with a strong artistic vision. His mission is to create films that stand as works of art — stories that challenge the viewer’s perspective while offering an immersive and unforgettable experience. With a background in Fine Arts and Theatre Arts, Kyprianos approaches cinema through both narrative and image, blending intensity, psychological depth, and unpredictable human realities with striking visual composition. Influenced by his experience as a painter and sculptor, he explores how colour, atmosphere, and cinematography can shape emotion and leave a lasting imprint on the audience. As a screenwriter, director, and cinematographer, his work reflects a commitment to powerful storytelling and bold visuals, crafting films that merge art and cinema into emotionally resonant experiences.
